Lake Restoration & Water Conservation Mission

Partner with Benir Foundation to create lasting environmental impact through CSR-compliant water conservation projects.

Introduction

The Water Crisis

Water scarcity is becoming one of the most serious environmental challenges in many major cities across India. Cities such as karnataka and Tamil Nadu are particularly vulnerable.

Historically, India had thousands of ponds, lakes, and reservoirs that played a crucial role in harvesting rainwater and maintaining groundwater levels.

Unfortunately, over time many of these water bodies have either disappeared or fallen into disrepair due to rapid urbanization, population growth, and climate change.

To address this urgent issue, the Benir Foundation has launched a large-scale Lake Restoration & Water Conservation Mission.
